Our recruitment process: a human encounter, first and foremost.
Interviews at OPEO are constructed as genuine moments of exchange and mutual discovery.
We want our candidates to be convinced that they are joining a close-knit team, with a strong history and a real project to put their talents into. Passion for industry, the desire to learn on the field and curiosity are major qualities that we look for in the talented people applying to OPEO.
In order to best present our vision, we offer a recruitment process consisting of several interviews with project managers, at least two partners and our HR manager.
These stages are punctuated by informal discussions with coach consultants.
We also invite all candidates to meet the team more widely in our offices by joining one of our Friday rituals (round table, lunch, etc.).
You will arrive at OPEO as part of a team. You will benefit from the support of a sponsor before eventually becoming one yourself. You will also have at your disposal the OPEO Thruster, who will provide you with a lot of advice during your field missions.
Throughout your career, we will be attentive to your training through individual feedback, learning through the diversity of the subjects covered in projects and the feedback that occurs naturally between close employees.
